About the event
The Board of Trustees meets quarterly to manage the business of the foundation. The Spring meeting will include topics of prior discussion for action and nominations of new of new Trustees and reappointment of those serving for an additional three years. Requests for grants in aid that have been timely submitted will also be considered. Agenda is usually published on the website one week prior to the proposed meeting.
